The Main House and Cabins have running water from the water being pumped from Buck Creek and this water is used for all daily needs. The internet is through Hughes Network.

Buildings on the property.
The Main House is separate from the B&B cabins. This house was a two bedroom, but one of the bedrooms was transformed into a utility room to house the solar batteries. It can be easily transformed back into a bedroom again. There is a spacious kitchen, dining area, living room, and a comfortable lanai on the side of the home.

The greenhouse has three rows of raised beds that were used to grow a variety of vegetables.

There are 4 individual cabins for the B&B.
1) The Goldpanner Cabin has four twin beds that can be converted to two king beds. This cabin has a small kitchen, furnace heater, and a private lanai.
2) The Caribou Cabin has two twin beds and a furnace heater.
3) The Moose Cabin has two twin beds and a furnace heater.
4) The Eagle Cabin has two twin beds and a furnace heater.

There is a relaxing wood burning rock sauna. Experience the soft heat, lush hiss of the steam, the babbling of the outside creek, and relaxing crackle of the wood fueled fire. Inside the sauna are three separate rooms: The changing room, the lovely hot rock sauna, and the cool down lanai. It is a one of a kind experience with this sauna.

The Dry Storage Building is a spacious building with storage for food and other dry goods.

There is a fully stocked Garage with an array of tools, repair items, washing machine, and water barrels.

There are two Utility Sheds that house lawnmowers and other tools.

There are two very clean Outhouses near the B&B cabins and one very clean Outhouse near the Main House.

All equipment and furniture is sold with the property to include two vehicles, tools, lawnmowers, and everything needed to use as a private residence or a B&B business. This property is sold as is with no owner financing.
